Abstract
This paper presents the fitting method of noncircular cross section of shaped roller according to the shape analysis of shaped roller. And it particularly introduces the design of feed mechanism and the research of control system. Programming with parameter is a kind of advanced programming method which can simplify the programming. The machining precision will be improved by improving the accuracy of quadratic approximation.
