  • Abstract
Fast pre-assessment technology is one of the most important components of the marine oil spill damage assessment technical system, which could provide useful guidance for comprehensive assessment and restoration planning of the injury ecological environment. Based on the analysis of state-of-the-art of the oil spill damage fast pre-assessment technologies in the world, this study proposes a framework of marine oil spill damage fast pre-assessment technology that could be used in China, and introduces its research contents and methodologies, including the fast pre-assessment evaluation index system, construction of oil spill sensitivity database, valuation of marine ecosystem service, design and development of the fast pre-assessment model and software system, etc, and puts forward further perfection and improvement suggestions in the end.
