Abstract
Based on the steam turbine manufacturers, the production characteristics of large-piece OKP (One-of-a-Kind Production) enterprises is analyzed, and the controlling ideas of production planning and scheduling on plant level is proposed. Moreover, by combining heuristic algorithm based on rules with fuzzy algorithm, the formulating method of production planning and scheduling on plant level is introduced, and is used for the production control of large-piece OKP enterprises.
