Abstract
New frequency bands have been allocated to the mobile satellite service in the range of 1.6 to 2.5 GHz, for the provision of personal communication services to users equipped with hand-held terminals. The LEO satellites should be capable of providing a wide of communications services to users at every point on the world This paper presents a dual-channel PSK demodulator for LEO satellite DS-SS CDMA communications providing anti-Doppler capability and its spectral efficiency is investigated by comparing with a coherent PSK demodulator
