  • Abstract
Nowadays, companies need to develop high quality products in a short time. The management of a quality system is very important for a competitor to obtain a market share and minimize costs. Globalization allows the inclusion of overseas suppliers and customers in the development of new products. Globalization is the phenomenon that the degree of global human interaction increases to such an extent that both its primary effects and the reactions it provokes give rise to numerous new developments. The qualitative jump to globalization can be understood as an interaction between economy, technology (communications, electronics) and politics
