  • Abstract
    The paper introduces a study in research of principles applicable to the real-time measurement of molten metal high temperature based on field programmable logic array (FPGA) and digital signal processor (DSP). The system uses image processing, colorimetric temperature measurement method, a rare gas blowing into, network communication and other technologies to solve the problems such as the difficulty of real-time measurement, the influence of environmental temperature and dust, and the problem of communication with computer. The system can be used in high temperature environment. It has long life, fast response, with precise, automatic and intelligent.
