  • Abstract
    Adaptive signal processing plays an important role in small signal detection. This article discussed about the basic principle of the adaptive filter. According to practical output of detection circuit in MEMS acceleration sensor, reference and input signal can be easily acquired. LMS and RLS algorithm were simulated by Matlab and the digital filter was achieved in FPGA. SNR of the output signal of filter based on RLS algorithm was 23 dB when that of the input signal was 3 dB. The result showed that the noise in detection circuit can be well eliminated by RLS adaptive filter.
