  • Abstract
    Based on semantic Web and ontology, a new water conservancy information system named is proposed for the semantic linking and inference of water conservancy information, involving business requirements, integration methods and system architecture of the system. Compared to current water conservancy systems, this system supports multi-dimensional information association of conceptions or objects, inference of tacit knowledge based on ontology conception, dynamic insertion of new concepts or facts coming with change.
