Abstract
In recent years, as a new vision of knowledge management research, trust mechanism has been increasingly concerned by the corporate managers and the academic researchers. We will survey the high-tech enterprises in South China to investigate the interaction among the interpersonal trust, knowledge sharing and team performance. The results showed that, interpersonal trust has a significant positive effect on the knowledge sharing, and a further significant positive impact on team performance through knowledge sharing, that is, knowledge sharing has made a mediating effect between the two variables.
