  • Abstract
In the distributed Cognitive Radio Networks, routing should consider how to dynamically select frequency band for either per flow throughput guarantee or global spectrum utilization. Since different second users may sense different spectrum availability, efficiently sharing this information in the dynamic spectrum environment still remains challenging, however, collaborative route and spectrum selection always face with non-isotonicity problem in flooding-based route discovery. In this paper, firstly, the problem of efficient spectrum allocation for multi-hops transmissions is invested. Secondly, after efficiently analyzing primary user system channel-usage, a novel decoupled strategy for prolonging route lifetime and managing spectrum availably is designed. Simulation results show that, comparing to other typical approaches, our protocol provides longer routing lifetime to the dynamic spectrum environment.
