Abstract
This article uses unascertained mathematics measure model to assess energy-saving conditions of construction management process. The target of this method is minimum energy consumption in the whole system of construction and is to identify factors which may cause energy wasting happen during construction. This method can prevent the occurrence of energy waste. In order to do the quantitative analysis and evaluation of the energy-saving condition, it may changes the abstract qualitative problem into a quantitative index of energy-saving.The measure results obtained can reflect energy-saving conditions in construction management process of construction enterprises exhaustively and objectively .
