Research on evaluation of E-commerce website based on set pair analysis and VIKOR algorithm

As a bridge of communication between enterprise and customers, E-commerce website has important influence for selection of customers. Whether E-Commerce Website is accurately evaluated is essential a very key issue. Objective and reasonable evaluation can make the E-commerce website perfection, and through evaluated result, the shortcomings of E-commerce website can be corrected. This paper presents a methodology combined set pair analysis and VIKOR algorithm, the proposed method combines the certainty and uncertainty analysis, involves less computation and allows an easier application.
