Design and implementation of community property management system based on Delphi

Combine the demand of the ordinary district now in person, use and design program to Microsoft Office Access 2003 data base management system, Delphi, Delphi database technology has carried on the deeper study and application, finish demand analysis, function module dividing, database mode to the property administrative system of the district to analyse mainly, and has designed structure of the database and application program from this. Systematic operation result prove district property administrative system this text design can meet district household´s and senior administrator´s needs. Design and fully utilize Delphi 7, strong strength of Microsoft Office Access 2003 database technology, has improved programming efficiency and dependability.
