Abstract
Recent developments on photoinitiated crosslinking of polyethylene and its industrial application for manufacturing XLPE-insulated wire and cable have been reported in detail. This advanced technology is also very promising for photocrosslinking of halogen-free flame retardant polyolefins and EPDM rubber and their applications of related crosslinked wire and cable.
