Abstract
The multi-index comprehensive evaluation method is widely used to solve decision making problems in management area. There are already several comprehensive evaluation methods at present, between which two main differences exist. One different between comprehensive evaluation methods at present lies on whether the variable is qualitative or quantitative, the other one lies on whether the weights are calculated subjectively or objectively. In this article, we analyze the relationship between external factors and the value of evaluative index, and point that the value of evaluative index is not only influenced by the differences between objects which we want to evaluate, but also influenced by the external factors. The result of evaluation may have a bias if the effect of external factors were ignored. So a comprehensive evaluation method was provided to evaluate the objects more objectively and exactly fit with the method of eliminating the effect of external factors based on PLS regression.
