  • Abstract
The paper gives the process assessment indicators system of green university and the assessment method based on grey incidence degree analysis. There are fewer research about the method to assess the process of green university to be built, although it has presented to build for more than ten years. In this study, the process goals of building green university is summarized, and the process assessment indicators system is constructed, after the process is analyzed systematically. In order to assess green university, the best and the worst virtual reference universities are constructed by the values of the indexes of the universities to be assessed. The grey incidence degrees between each university and the best reference universities are analyzed by grey incidence degree analysis method. The greener university has larger grey incidence degrees with the best reference university. It is proved that the method is feasible for eight universities´ evaluation in Shandong Province.
