  • Abstract
    Automatic loading control circuit is as an important component of a vehicle in China, because of its work in strong vibration, strong impact, intense electromagnetic interference, and its work reliability has important action to the weapons systems´ battle efficiency and viability. How to reduce interference from the electromagnetic factors, it is important meaning to improve the circuit itself anti-interference ability. In this paper, a automatic loading control circuit is as objects, such areas are studied from the ground design, shielding effectiveness, filter design, printed circuit board design and power protection, the EMC design of an automatic loading control circuit is completed. The system design´s accuracy and reliability are verified by electromagnetic compatibility test, platform and the real vehicle test.
