  • Abstract
    The present existing approach to the general degradation measure distribution model to deal with measurement errors is lesser. The article did the weight disposal in light of the possibility distribution of measurement data. And the complicacy of the inertial platform is analyzed. Then a multiple degradation model for the platform is presented, based on the possibility distribution of performance degradation measure. The analysis proved that the improved degradation measure distribution model can reduce the influence of measurement error and advance the analysis accuracy. It also showed that the constructed multiple degradation model can compute its life-span distribution effectively.
