Abstract
The Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE) currently in use by the US Army comprises a network of communications equipment designed to provide total telecommunications service to an Army Corps and its attached Divisions. Control of the network is accomplished by use of the System Control Center (SCC). An overview of the MSE network is provided, with particular emphasis on the portions of the system involved in network control
