Abstract
The authors devised a 3-D display with a linearly moving mirror to reflect a series of 2-D cross sections of the 3-D image on a CRT. The crystallography data in a protein data bank can be instantaneously converted into real 3-D images. Structures of several proteins and t-RNAs are presented as examples.<>
