Abstract
RDF triples plays a foundational role of Semantic Web for knowledge representation. But modeling e.g.the temporary evolution, spatial situation, trust and provenance require more than just a set of triples, without any reference to a situation, a point in time, or generally a context. This paper first introduces a theory named Dimensional Ontology (DO) for representing such context-sensitive knowledge. Then a Proteacutegeacute plug-in is put forward for modeling Dimensional Ontology. The features and the functions of this tool are discussed in details. Finally, a case study in E-Government domain shows the values of DO and the Proteacutegeacute plug-in.
