Abstract
This paper focus on the problem that the current 14 V power system has limited the application of electric device and the turbocharged diesel engine can not produce enough torque under the low speed condition, and as well as high smoke when accelerating. To solve these problems we propose the 42 V power system, its motor can not only act as the starter and the alternator but also can improve the torque under the low speed condition and reduce the accelerating smoke. It can reduce exhaust of engine and also can reclaim the energy from the brake condition and make the engine work steadily under transit condition by use of the dynamic torque compensation control strategy.
