Abstract
We present a numerical analysis of a self-compensating antenna for peer-to-peer communications. We consider an antenna that performs a temporal half-derivative on transmit, for which reciprocity dictates that it performs a half-integral on receive. These two operations invert each other, resulting in a flat communication channel. The analysis of an isolated antenna on transmit and the simulation of the channel formed by this transmitter and received using an identical antenna is also discussed.
