Abstract
Packet switched services in ISDN are defined by X.31, which provides for the use of X.25 over ISDN B- and D-channels between a user and a packet handler. In the TDX-10 switching system, being developed as an ISDN exchange in Korea, the packet switching function is implemented on the basis of X.31. This paper presents the memory management, flow control algorithm and throughput analysis
