  • Abstract
    University graduates can generally treat employment correctly in a positive, peaceful attitude towards a variety of problems in choosing a career. They always show a smooth and calm attitude. Of course, there are few graduate students feeling dysphoric during the graduation, and there are even someone making extreme behavior which affects the students themselves, their families, others and the society. The general view is that graduates´ psychological problems of the employment include setbacks psychology, group psychology, jealousy, shyness, blind comparisons of psychological, inferiority complex, psychological dependence, and other psychologies, such as noticing affordable, the psychology of reaping where one has not sown, and overemphasize self-worth, etc. Analysing the reason of various psychologies and taking different psychological interventions for different groups are a problem which needs to be solved for the workers who are engaged in psychological research.
