Study on the establishment of the healthcare information framework

In order to better express, organize and store all kinds of medical and health information, achieve information exchange and sharing, promote information integration and fusion, form the decision support of various types intelligence and knowledge, meet the needs of the clinical, research and management for comprehensive utilization of various information, ultimately improve the medical and health service quality, we study and establish a comprehensive framework for medical and health information based on the characteristics of health care and medical health information. In this framework, we solve the diversity of medical and health information by taking behavior of health care as a basic unit of medical and health information, separate the type of the medical health information and the knowledge of medical domain through the hierarchical structure to adapt the dynamic characteristics of the medical and health information types.
