  • Abstract
Telecommunication protectors differ from power protectors in that there is not power follow-on current to be interrupted, and operating voltages are of a much lower order. Due to the large number of protected circuits, the protector must be small and cheap, and it must be capable of sustaining many more discharges than a protector on a power route
