  • Abstract
    La3Ga5.5Ta0.5O14 (LGT) crystals could be useful for frequency control applications because the combination of electromechanical coupling constant and thermal stability is very promising. Y-cut directly have zero value of first order temperature coefficient. Second order temperature coefficient is near of La3Ga3SiO14 (LGS) figure. The present paper is devoted to measurements of elastic, piezoelectric and dielectric properties of LGT at room temperature and temperature dependencies of some sound mode velocities
