    Distribution voltage and reactive power control at Georgia Power Company are discussed in this document, which summarizes the author´s remarks in a panel session at the 2003 IEEE/PES Transmission and Distribution Conference and Exposition. The author describes his company´s distribution system design and operating practices, as related to voltage regulation and capacitor banks.
