Abstract
The authors have estimated the effect of distributed cavity phase shift using numerical simulation for a microwave power fed by two coaxial cables. The tolerance of the phase difference and the ratio of the amplitude is found to be 10mrad and 0.4 respectively, in order to achieve the uncertainty of 5times10-16
