Abstract
In order to accommodate the demand of electricity market and do effective evaluation, we establish the index system of evaluation, and the model based on support vector machine (SVM).The synthetic evaluation of electricity target markets in B region, proves the model is feasible and effective, shows this method can improve the evaluation precision and has good spread ability.
