Abstract
Corporate Life Cycle> written by Adizes analyzes enterprise from angle of chronic succession, obtaining its different life stages. Similarly, enterprise can be discussed from angle of emotions. Combined with life cycle theory, the result may be effective tool of management diagnosis. Enterprise in courtship stage is possibly influenced by entrepreneur´s anger. Regulation on it should be the focus of this stage.
