  • Abstract
    Comparisons between atomic frequency standards can provide stringent experimental limits to the present-day local variation of the fundamental constants. We analyse the potential sensitivity of the constants of the ensemble of standards under development at NPL to such variations. Femtosecond combs provide the enabling technology for the proposed tests
