Abstract
The warning model of corporate culture proposed in this paper integrates aspects of synergetics theory and uses the related kinetic equations. The solution distributions of Fokker Planck equation and main equation corresponding with the mathematical model constructed characterize the state of corporate culture, for the different distribution curves provide evidence for identifying different culture tendency of employees, which varies with the transformation of the preference parameter delta and conformity parameter k. Based on the criterions of stability and ideality, the state of corporate culture can be classified as stability-ideality, instability-ideality, stability-non ideality and instability-non ideality. The warning model can serve as an analytic tool for identifying whether the state of corporate culture is in a sound position or in a dangerous one, and it becomes possible to estimate the gap between the goal and the actuality and find ways to bridge it.
