Abstract
The theoretical investigation of semiconductor superlattice thermal conductivity caused by three-phonon interactions has been carried out. It is shown, that thermal conductivity dependence on temperature is determined by the mini-Umklapp-processes. The expressions for the relaxation time due to these processes have been obtained
