  • Abstract
In recent years, many groups have been studying redox sensor for chemical analysis. The Redox sensor has some strong points such as detecting multi-ion at a sensing area and detecting concentration of materials by voltage and current signal. For the redox sensor, decrements of sensing area size and detection limit of ion concentration are the competing demands. In this study, proposed Amplified Redox Sensor (ARS) is achieved 75 times of amplification than without bipolar transistor and as low as 100μM potassium ferricyanide (K3 [Fe (CN) 6]) of concentration.
