Abstract
Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membranes, with long-range-ordered and uniform hexagonal parallel nanohole arrays, have been widely reported and used as texture mode for producing ordered structure materials. Many techniques such as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) [1], microelectrode deposition [2], evaporation [3] are used for filling materials into the holes in AAO membranes to acquire ordered nanodot, nanowire, nanopillar, nanotube, etc. In the present paper, gold seeds of 10 nm in diameter were put into AAO templates by centrifugal force.
