Abstract
As a new form of outsourcing, human resource management (HRM) outsourcing has an important significance to reducing the cost and improving the core competence of an enterprise, and has been a new strategy used by modern enterprise in market competition. This paper summarizes the current situation of HRM outsourcing and expounds the advantages of it basing on the reviewing of international and domestic literature. It also puts forward the 3W decision mode and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process assessment method for HRM outsourcing in the paper. Finally, it comments the significance of designing the HRM outsourcing information system and the functions that the system will achieve. By designing the data flow chart and system function modules of this information system, it provides a beneficial reference for the enterprises to carry out the HRM outsourcing.
