  • Abstract
    Problem of choice in a communication branch consists of the following: at every step one must choose the best strategy of net development, accounting fullness, access possibility, quality and economy of infotelecommunication service operations. The main tasks of the conceptual choice, such as formalizing, classification and modeling of infotelecommunication services, are considered.
