Abstract
To improve the combat capability of naval ships in the sea combat, it is required to combine information from multisensors on the sea level. The combination of target information from multisensors can improve the target locating precision and reduce the target locating errors. But it is impossible to remove the locating errors completely. The errors affect the command decisions greatly, so it is essential to do research on them. There exist many errors in the fusion system, such as in the spatio-temporal alignment and in the data fusion process. The errors existed in the spatio-temporal alignment and in the data fusion process are analysed in the paper, which provide the foundation for analyzing the impact of the errors on the decision-making and for reducing system errors. The simulation result shows the validity of the analyzing method.
