Abstract
This paper firstly focuses on the research background of the thesis, and point out the adjustment of relation between the government and the market during the process of the globalization of economy, which is called the change and movement of main stream in the social realm during the period of reform in China. With the impact of this very social drive force, legal system in China, including the legal regulation on logistics management, changed historically. Secondly, the paper is focused on the description of what the legal regulation on logistics management theoretically ought to be and what it actually is under the frame of economic globalization, so that the core problem will be revealed. Subsequently, the paper tries to discuss the benefits system and methods to achieve its balance in the legal regulation on logistics management. Last but not least, the paper proposes various assumption and visualization to perfect the Chinese legal regulation on logistics management under the frame of global economy, and reasons that the object and orientation of improving legal system in this realm is to spur the government so that it will take its responsibility more actively, balance the benefits and interests of various parties more efficiently, and provide more public services. It is in this way that the government will restrict its administrative power, protect the legal interests and benefits of related parties in logistics industry, and accelerate the development of global economy and society.
