Abstract
Human-based Management is an inevitable development trend in modern enterprises management; it is the requirement of complete human-being development on enterprise management. Human-based management, i.e. the commonly called "human oriented", means regarding human being as the core of management activities, highlighting the management thought of promoting the completion of organization goals by human-being, its essence is the emancipation of human being entirely. This paper analyzed the connotation of enterprises human-based management and its position and role in modern enterprises management, and then proposed human-based management implementation strategies in modern enterprise management.
