Abstract

After analyzing two investigations, it´s found that application of modern educational technology and educational technical capacity of teachers aren´t still nomal in elementary and secondary schools. Modern educational technology hasn´t been really applied in mathematics teaching in elementary and secondary schools. This article analyzes several existing main reasons, and puts forward the related study direction, which is of reference value for educational technology applied in elementary and secondary schools.
