Abstract
The aim of this study was to establish a double tracer autoradiography for microregional myocardial flows. The two tracers, 3H and 125I-labeled desmethylimipramine, were efficiently extracted and well retained in myocardium. The accuracy of quantitation of tissue radioactivities was satisfactory. The present method will be useful in detecting the microregional flow changes in myocardium
