Research on the Business Flow of Safety Production in Emergency Management

Reducing damages brought by public unexpected events and implementing effective emergency management has become an urgent task for all nations, governments of all levels and academicians both domestically and abroad. As to the frequently occurred production accidents, it is an emergency task for our nation to effect an effective safety production emergency management. In this paper, the current situation of emergency management is introduced, after explaining the basic business of emergency management mechanism, the basic business flow of emergency management is given. The business flow of emergency management from microcosmic level is analyzed by citing national safety production as a representative example.
