Abstract
This article discusses the need and feasibility of application of six sigma method in logistics enterprises. To this end, fundamental theories are explained and case studies are analyzed. It is demonstrated that six sigma method is a scientific and quantified analysis method which could improve key factors in the business process of logistics enterprises, leading to reduced flaw rate and costs, and improved customer satisfaction and corporation profit.
