  • Abstract
    The space-time character forecasting accurate or not of power load have a great influence on the quality of electric network planning. Inspired by the geographic cellular automata, the applicability of CA theory for load space-time character forecasting is studied and the power cellular automata are conceptually purposed. A city model for power load spatial distribution forecasting is established in the paper. The experiment implemented successfully by using integrating GIS with CA theory on Map lnfo software, the forecasting result certificates the availability and scientific of the principle.
