  • Abstract
    The floating monitoring station is a catamaran platform, equipped with submersible automatic program-controlled gamma-spectrometer based on the HPGe detector with efficiency 38%. Its design and electronics diagram are presented. Calibration for station´s submersible spectrometer was carried out using standard solution with volumetric activities A=5,68.104 Bq/m3 for Eu-152 and A=3,81.104 Bq/m3 for Ba-133. The main relative error of volumetric activity did not exceed ±5%. Detection limits were defined for different radionuclides. The results have shown that detection limit for radionuclide Cs-137 at measurement time 1 hour does not exceed 115 Bq/m3. The station doesn´t require application of water inlet equipment and executes monitoring for radionuclides volumetric activity in water practically in real time
