  • Abstract
    This paper focuses on studying the operating control of direct-drive grid-connected wind-power generation system of variable speed PMSWG. After wind turbine simulation is analyzed first, the closed-loop current control method of DC motor based on BUCK speed regulating circuit is put forward. Non-controllable rectifier and grid-connected PWM inverter is adopted as the AC grid-connected circuit of PMSWG Using DC voltage as grid-connected parameter, the method which observes speed from DC voltage without speed sensor is proposed. The novel maximal wind-energy tracing strategy of direct control of grid-connected power is proposed. The non-controllable direct grid-connected method is adopted to form the complete control arithmetic, which is verified in emulation. Results show that this new arithmetic is more effective and has better steady-state precision and dynamic performance.
