  • Abstract
    To improve the quality and efficiency of technical service, shorten the producing cycle of product, a new mode of technical service is presented, which is green technical service based on the multi-agent technique, network technique and modern communications technique. The architecture and function of the green technical service system oriented product lifecycle-GTSS are researched, and the key technologies including multi-agent, system integrated, data sharing data transforming of CAD and task assignment and rank of request information of technical services are studied. The workflow of GTSS is discussed, and base on these theories a prototype system of GTSS is established. Results of the system running prove the security, practicability and high efficiency of GTSS.
